[Kde-pim] Fix calendar event dropping onto todo plugin (sidebar)

Hi there,

I have written a small patch that fixes this locally. Just try to drag an 
event from the calendar and drop it into the sidebar plugin "To-do List", you 
will get something like "urn:x-ical:libkcal-1076374871.745".

The attached patch fixes the problem.
