[Kde-pim] [patch] Re: akonadiconsole linking error

Please review the attached patch. We're moving now from 
AbstractCollectionPropertiesPageFactory to CollectionPropertiesPageFactory and 
use AKONADI_COLLECTION_PROPERTIES_PAGE_FACTORY() macro instead of the 
template, simialar to those defnined elsewhere in KDE, e.g. K_EXPORT_PLUGIN().

Example use:
AKONADI_COLLECTION_PROPERTIES_PAGE_FACTORY(
	CollectionAttributePageFactory, CollectionAttributePage)
