There are not many, but some brave users who use kmail for intra-company
e-mail communication. And as you occasionally want to stress out words,
they write them bold/italic/red/whatever. Developers need it less (because
from us, every word is important, not only those written in red ;)
Disabling html mails would send the wrong signal to the brave users IMO.

And now with krichtexteditorwidget or however it is called, I see a great
future for KDE html rendering.
