cd /path/to/4.1/kdepim/wherever
svn merge -rRev-1:Rev /path/to/trunk/kdepim/wherever

You can also use the svnbackport script in kdesdk/scripts,
which doesn't even require a 4.1 checkout.

Honestly, I only check that it still compiles.  I don't test that it still works.
