[Kde-pim] progress

Hi,

Concerning KOrganizer, I've added timezone support for events,
timezone scale for agenda view and I have also cleaned up the config
dialog.

I have also a new month view, really nice, somewhere on my disk but it
still lacks drag and drop and I've no time to merge it currently so I
think it will be for later :/
