[Kde-pim] New RecipientsPicker in kmail (KDE4)

thanks for the first comments on the recipients picker. I tried to include 
most of the suggestions in the comments and there is now an updated version 
on

and the sourcecode is in /trunk/playground/pim/recipientspicker
