[Kde-pim] New RecipientsPicker in kmail (KDE4)

Hi,

a hot argument in this thread is that the recipient picker is perhaps to 
difficult for normal email users who don't even know about CC and BCC fields. 
For them they perhaps just want to choose one or more recipients as To 
recipient.

So my idea was to add an additional button in the button box of the dialog. It 
switches between a simple and an advanced interface. In the basic interface, 
you can select one or more persons, use filtering and click on Ok to add them 
as To recipients. In the advanced interface you can do all the other things. 
The status of the last interface should be stored in config data if it gets 
into kmail.

You can see the demo at /trunk/playground/pim/recipientspicker or at a flash 
video on [1]. Quality of the video is not so good, but it is usable to 
demonstrate what I described above.
