-1. Quite often you need to get the events of a specific day (e.g. "Today's 
tasks", list of items in the agenda view, etc.)

Please note that in the context of calendars, some events don't have a time 
and timezone attached! E.g. New years day is on Jan 1 in every timezone. 
However in that case, the start of the "event" in UTC varies in UTC time!
