[Kde-pim] Specifying time for new event using calendar

Thanks to Reinhold this will be fixed in the KDE 3.5.6 release.
In the future, please ask questions like this on the kdepim-users mailing list
since kde-pim is a list for developers. And bugs should be reported to
bugs.kde.org.
