SVN commit 696142 by winterz:

An Incidence (Event, To-do, Journal) can now be identified
as RichText in an iCal file with the new X-KDE-TEXTFORMAT
parameter for summary, description, and location properties.

For vCalendar and Qtopia formats, a heuristic is used
to determine if these properties contain RichText.

More unit tests added.
