Hi Folks,

KResourceWCAP cames from sourceforge (I'm the initial author), you can find 
its sources here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/kresourcewcap

So even, if it's only version 1 I think it's possible to compile it easily 
with 3.x kde versions.

Any feedback is welcome.
