[Kde-pim] KDE-PIM info for LiMag

Wonderfull.

Let me propose this:
- I write a first concept, based on what I can find on the web, etc.
- You update & complete it with the technical stuff
- we (and maybe others) go through it, polish it, and the german Mag
can be happy ;-)

Now there is one problem: I just thought about the fact they most
likely want it in german... So at some point, it has to be translated
- I don't speak german. Maybe we can let them translate it...
