KGoldrunner still silenced in KDE 4.6

Just as a general note: building qt-copy without Phonon disables building of 
all Phonon related code in Qt (e.g. support for audio/video tag in qtwebkit).
It might be better to configure with Phonon and use the same installation 
location for the alternative Phonon, thus overwriting Qt's version with the 
most recent one.
