configure CDDB-access for Konqueror

Hi!

It should use the same settings as KsCD and KAudioCreator (that is using the 
settings from kcmcddbrc), and from a quick check on my computer it seems to 
work here at least. Does it try to connect to freedb.freedb.org or is it just 
not working?
