Automake problem with arts

Do you have automake-1.6 anywhere in your PATH (try running "which
automake-1.6" to see). If so, the detect-autoconf.sh script will pick it up
before your automake 1.9.
For now you could rename the old automake (renaming it to automake16 would
work), or you could wait to see if my recent detect-autoconf.pl changes get
merged into /admin. I'll reply to this once that happens.
