Hm, this seem to work too.
Technically the file is played, without a segfault.
Are there any differences in what you hear, between
yaf-vorbis and mpeglibartsplay ?                   
You say you hear "clicking" Maybe its a resampling error,
because artsd initializes oss with 44.1 Khz and the      
vorbis file is 8Khz?                               
Here the file ohr.ogg sounds the same with yaf-vorbis
and mpeglibartsplay.
