Thanks for the advice, after removing the meego repo and uninstalling kdelibs5 
[which I had installed by hand to try and solve the situation],
I was able to install kdepim-mobile.

And... it works!

This means Sabine and I will both be demo'ing Kontact Touch on our N9s at 
Embedded World Expo in Nuremberg next week :-)
