[KDE/Mac] KF5 on OSX

well, I had to come up with something differentiating for KF5, so the prefix “kf5-“ was my way to solve this.
Anything else being consistent is fine with me.

Well, I did it with the prefix, since it eased the auto-generation of portfiles.
I am not against Kate5 and alike!
