[KDE/Mac] QSP ... again

Looking at http://agateau.com/2013/kf5-diagrams/kf5.png I don't see a
common denominator that everything points to. That said, anything with a
gui in KDE usually needs to be translated, and thus depends on ki18n. Yes,
the Qt translation system could be used in these cases, but it usually
isn't because ki18n has more features and such than Qt's own translation
system. That wouldn't catch non gui applications/libraries though.
