Hi,

Following up on <https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-44473?focusedCommentId=275079&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-275079> :

- is there such a thing as a lowest common denominator component in KF5 that all applications link to obligatory (and that is not Qt5Core?)
- if so, c/would it be up to that component to set the QSP policy (either "linuxy" or "OS X dogma"), depending on requirements of the platform on/through which KF5 is installed?
