I've downloaded my emails using mbsync (port isync) and would like to include
those IMAP stores in Mail.app, but do not see how I could achieve that on my
10.9.4 ATM...

OK, I guess I need to check out imap-uw then.

I see. And I understand that kmail behaves differently as is still allows that
non-offline mode, right?
