[KDE/Mac] Backport some CoreFoundation code from KDE 14.4 for upcoming KDE 14.3.3 release on MacPorts

Hi Nicolas,

René told me yesterday (see below) that in KDE 4.14 exists some small CoreFoundation snippet
accepted for the kglobalaccel source, which takes care of what he is also addressing in his RR [1]

 "Proposal to use the NOGUI switch in CMake files to set the default value for GUIenabled"

Do you also think, that we might include that in our next week’s release?
