I thought it was doxygen which also had an issue with dblatex back then, but
it was other stuff [1].

The number of ports affected has sufficiently decreased by now:

$ port echo depends:port:dblatex
lilypond                        
lilypond-devel                  
auto-multiple-choice
---

Good that you had - in the wake of that thread - disabled dblatex for kdepim4!
