[KDE/Mac] can't compile qt4-mac properly

Change the compiler back to gcc-4.0 and then compile qt4-mac.

Btw. if you're on Leopard and don't plan on making packages for  
anything then there is no need to follow any of the (semi-outdated)  
instructions on http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/KDE_on_Mac_OS_X/Macbook_Manifesto
It just works.
