[kde-linux] Question to work with requirements KDE 4.3.0 + Zypper

I work with opensuse 11.1 (32bit) and KDE 4.3.0.
I am learning to use zypper
How I can find with zypper requirements, who are
not in any (local) repos (from me)
(I can't use online (DSL) repos)
 par example

Problem: kupdateapplet-plugins is needed from
kupdateapplet-0.8.42-3.11.i586, if
kdebase4-runtime-4.3.0-138.1.i586 is installed
(without kdebase-runtime-4.3.66svn1016707-1.3.i586)

Problem: kdebase4-runtime >= 4.3.66, needed from
kupdateapplet-0.8.42-3.11.i586,  or

Problem: oxygen-icon-theme >= 4.3.66svn1016707,
needed from kdebase4-runtime-4.3.66svn1016707-1.3.i586,

Zypper ever seek in installed repos.
How zypper can seek without repos, like google

If I know, where I can find a RPM package, I can download
it myself. I need help while seeking for a RPM
