Technically, it is "Configure Konqueror", but that is a silly detail.

You have done it wrong, Frank. There is NO "Behavior" icon at this
point; that is somewhere else. Also, you are entirely wrong to "see
expansion of the selected left frame icon in the right frame."

The "expansion" I spoke of is the very same thing that we see in Dolphin
or (if you used to live in Redmond's Kingdom) Windows Explorer. There
ARE icons, but they are followed immediately (in the very same frame)
with text. Only then do you get to the right-hand frame -- which
displays the (sometimes "tabbed") options that are grouped under the
left-hand-frame's highlighted category-name.

But let's try to get to some progress. Would you tell us the exact text
of the title-bar when you see this "Behavior" thingy? It really ought
to read "Configure - Konqueror".

You bet you are. Follow the directions above -- to the letter -- and
you really ought to get pretty close.

Why not trust us, Frank? I am looking at Konqueror 4.2.2, but this is
how it has worked for a LONG time! And I am watching VERY carefully to
ensure that I am giving you good scoop. I know how it can be when
someone skips a direction! (One friend was lost for three hours because
his hostess had forgotten to tell him about a left-turn!!!)

And please DO let us know how it goes -- with the details -- so we can
get this little task accomplished and off the boards for you!
