[kde-linux] running kde4 as non-root

set kdm ad default login manager and use /etc/init.d/xdm start
or similar service. if you use startx you'll just start an xserver for the
current user, while when starting the service you'll get a login windows
(kdm/gdm/xdm) manager in which you can logon as user.
