[kde-linux] Is Dolphin Default File Manager?

If Dolphin is supposed to be the new file manager for KDE 4 (as I
understand), why does the following happen?

When I click on a folder in the folderview plasmoid, the folder opens up
in Konqueror. Shouldn't it open in Dolphin? Is there someplace I can
change this behavior?
