[kde-linux] Is Dolphin Default File Manager?

It may be caused by having the 'Directory' file type associated with konqueror 
instead of Dolphin. To see whether this is the case, you should go to the 
'Advanced' tab in SystemSettings, then to the File Association page. The 
directory file type is in the 'inode' group.
