[kde-linux] Doubt about configuration of KDE Kiosk

hi, ist's my first message on this list... and i'm in difficulties

I'm using Fedora 8 with KDE version 3.5.8-7.
I'm trying to configure kiosk on KDE, but i'm don't know how to disable the
"SET AS WALPAPER" when i'm click with a right button over an image (.jpg,
.gif, etc...)
How to make this? How to disable only this funcion (or disable "ACTIONS"
submenu when right click over any image)?
