[kde-linux] Getting rid of auto-key-shortcuts in pushbuttons

In the UI degenerated by designer-qt4, there is no indications of key-
shortcuts, usually set in the text as "&c", c being the key shortcut 
character, alt/c pushes the button.

However, when the dialog comes up, buttons have underlined characters which 
respond in this manner. If I do not want this, how might I disable it and not 
have the underlined characters or alt/key response?
