[kde-linux] actions depend on directory or filysystem.

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to make an action only appear in some 
directories I choose.

Normal with kde-3.5 you can link in the "file associations" an action to an 
mimetype. I would like make a action depend on the directory (for example 
only my homedirectory) or the filesystem  or the mountpoint.

Does anybody have a clue?
