Well, there's also people like me using CentOS. It has the same software as
RHEL*, but without the commercial support. So for CentOS, it's up to the users
to figure things out (with help from RHEL documentation) and share information.
*Well, mostly the same software. There are a few closed-source, binary only
programs that come with RHEL on the "Extras" disc (like Adobe Acrobat). Since
Red Hat can't distribute the source to those programs, CentOS can't recompile
and redistribute them.
