Well, Matt has already answered this, but again this is a question I expect 
the Redhat sales people to know and to tell a potential customer.

That's the whole point of purchasing a enterprise distribution, isn't it?
You are paying them money, they are expecting you to contact them when you 
have questions about their products and they are prepared to answer them.
