[kde-linux] Menueditor (kmenuedit) dont work

IIUC, when you edit the menu with the MenuEditor app, it makes changes 
to the file: "$HOME/.config/menus/applications-kmenuedit.menu" but the 
changes don't show up in the menu.

For the changes to show up in the menu, the utility: "kbuildsycoca" must 
be run.  Normally, this will be run automatically, but it is a 
possibility that this isn't working.  So, open a Konsole and execute:

	kbuildsycoca

and see if that fixes the problem.  If so, the question becomes why the 
automatic update isn't working.
