[kde-linux] Menueditor (kmenuedit) dont work

I run the command kbuildsycoca but there was NO changes in the main K-menu ..
I can see the changes in ~/.config/menu/applications-kmenuedit.menu but
nothing happends in the main menu whenever i try it as root or as a user :(
