There are some places, where you'll feel like home:)

K menu aka Start > System > Configuration > Hardware > HarDrake.
Steps are performed on Mandriva with KDE 3.4. I think something similar 
goes on KDE 3.1 too.
Is there any specific reason for using 3.1?

P.S. Though stationaries are very nice, plain text fits much better 
especially mailing lists.
