[kde-linux] change "kde-config --install <type>" pointers?

It could be:

friedrij at localhost:~$ kde-config -v
Qt: 3.3.4
KDE: 3.3.2
kde-config: 1.0

Yes, in cache/kde.cache.py. I can modify them there. From the scim list, 
the correct path is /usr/local/include. Thanks for your help!
