[kde-linux] change "kde-config --install <type>" pointers?

I think "include" might not be supported by your version of kde-config, i.e.
it is a recent addition, because it was previously assumed that includes are
in prefix/include
NONE is the answer for an unknown type, for example
kde-config --install foo
I don't know bksys, maybe it generates some configuration files where it puts
the paths and where you can edit them?
