[kde-linux] Running Installation CD from Device [/dev/scd0]

Hi, 

Could some one tell me what does it mean "Inserting Installation CD1 on
Device [/dev/scd0]"? And how to do it? This problem came up when I was
trying to install software from the Control Centre. That is, from within
the Mandrake 10.1 distro with KDE 3.2.
