[Kde-l10n-kn] Website

Hello,

We have a website (http://kn.l10n.kde.org/) fully dedicated for KDE 
localization only. Let's make a good use of it. Let's add few useful 
articles, HOWTOs etc which shall help the beginners to pickup the KDE-l10n 
track as quickly as possible. This site should also help the ordinary Linux 
users (not only the translators) in learning how to set KDE environment to 
Kannada. So, we need documentations in two levels. One for User and other for 
Translators.
