[Kde-kiosk] Unable to create fish://root at localhost...

Hi, i have a problem, i can´t use kiosk in kubuntu, when i set the 
restrictions to the user i get this error when i
use the user and password to autorize the changes, i try with the root user 
and password too and the error is
the same:

fish://salacc@localhost/etc/kde-profile1/share/ can not create folder

what must i do?

PD: i´m using kubuntu 5.10 and kde 3.5
