Hmm... I tried this in kdeglobals:

[KDE Action Restrictions]
lineedit_text_completion[$i]=false

but it has not disabled URL bar text completion. Interestingly, it also
has not disabled any other text completion in konqueror. Actually,
I am not sure it did anything.

What might be wrong?
