[Kde-kiosk] How to position and lock desktop icons

I am using Kiosktool and greatly appreciate it's power and ease of use.
However one thing I have not been able to figure out is how to fix the 
location of icons on the desktop. The postions I define when setting up the 
desktop are not respected when in the appropraite restricted users account.
I first thought that it may be the IconPositions file but this does not seemt 
o make a difference.

BTW: I amn using KDE 3.3.0 on SuSE 9.1
