[Kde-kiosk] Embedded Kate... Settings->Configure Editor

Is there a way to remove the "Configure Editor" option that appears in
Konqueror's "Settings" menu when viewing a text/plain file via
embedded Kate?

I've tried "custom_config=false" and the obvious ones:

  action/configure=false
  action/options_configure=false

and even guessed at:

  action/options_configure_editor=false


But to no avail. :^/  Ideas?  Thanks!
