[Kdeveloper] KDE4 デスクトップ上をクリックしてメニューを表示させる

現在、faq_configkde (docmessages) の翻訳があと少しで完了するのですが、
原文中に、KDE4 では当てはまらない内容があったため KDE4 向けに手を加えようとした
ところ、KDE4 で同等の機能を使う方法が分かりませんでした。
原文には、デスクトップ上をクリックしてメニューを表示させるために、K コントロール
センター を使用した方法が書かれています。

I would like to click the &LMB; anywhere on the desktop and have the
<guimenu>K</guimenu> menu displayed.

Open the <application>&kde; Control Center</application> and choose
<menuchoice><guisubmenu>Desktop</guisubmenu> <guisubmenu>Behavior</
guisubmenu></menuchoice>. You can now choose the behavior of mouse clicks on
the desktop. To have the <guimenu>K</guimenu> menu open from a single &LMB;
click, change the entry labeled <guilabel>Left button</guilabel> to say
<guilabel>Application Menu</guilabel>.

systemsettings 内を探してみたのですが、それらしい設定が見つけられませんでした。
まだ KDE4 は使い慣れていない部分が多いのでよろしくお願いします。
