I think there are two possible solutions:
- we keep kde-it.org and you redirect kde.it to kde-it.org;
- we move to kde.it.

 From what you wrote I think you was willing to choose the first option, 
did I get it right?
I think that's fine for us too, at least because we need some slack time 
for our users to adapt to the move.

By the way kde-it.org expires at the end of the year, so there's still 
plenty of time to discuss.

Your memory is really strong! :)
We have decided our priorities at the moment are:
- getting the new website out as soon as possible. Drupal revisioning 
system will help us to manage contents in a better way than now, and 
we're also discussing to move the forums to same infrastructure as 
forum.kde.org, that is phpBB;
- discussing some internal rules and defining more formally the 
organization chart. I think we're about at 50% of the process.

Once these are done we think we would be ready to discuss the more 
formal organization for KDE in Italy.
By the way (my memory is strong too ;) ), some time ago you mentioned 
you were working on a standard agreement for local organizations. Are 
there any news about it?
