[KDE-India] Hooking up a special UI or an ioslave

Hi

I have nothing for the answer, but have one point to discuss: I thing
questions like this should go to kde-devel (or other equi. list) as
kde-india should only be for india-specific topics. Moreover, you get
attention from more developers in kde-devel.
