[KDE-India] Hooking up a special UI or an ioslave

Hi,

How would I hook up a special GUI for an ioslave ? I think the method is to 
make the ioslave return a single entry of a specific mimetype, say 
application/x-myioslave-item and then implement a KPart/ReadOnly and 
Browser/View which can display application/x-myioslave-item.

Would that be right, or is there something I'm missing ?
