Go to project sub folder and look all NEWS files between 0.2.0 and 0.6.0...

yes, looking trace seen to be kde dev. env. misssing on your system :

Solutions : install  a pre-compiler package... Ask in
digiKam-users at kde.org to see wher to find right repository
